Inspection of Watch & Clock Products

Including:

  • Initial Production Check

Before the production starts, we assess the production materials, components and methods with strict adherence to the specification and approval samples of our clients.

  • During Production Check

In the early stage of production, we randomly check the production materials, accessories, semi-finished and finished products. This will allow our inspectors to identify early problems and recommend corrective measures and improvements to the factory. At the same time, we will issue status reports to our clients.

  • Final Random Inspection

covers product appearance, workmanship quality, size measurements, functionality assortment, accessories, labeling and packaging. We follow the inspection method by attributes ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) and issue detailed inspection reports based on defined AQL's. Inspection certificates are issued if stipulated in the letter of credit.

  • Loading Supervision

Our inspectors are present at the loading site to carry out inspection. We check the lot for quantity, markings and carton conditions. We randomly select samples from the cartons for identifying the products and preventing substitution.

  • Factory Audit

We evaluate the production capacities, machinery, management and quality control systems of a factory, usually before a contract is concluded. Our experienced inspectors ensure that the factory understand the specifications of our clients, and their products meet the quality standards of our clients.

  • Social Audit

Companies that practice social accountability lower the risk of contributing to social and environmental harm by committing to standards that address the concerns of their stakeholders. Effective social accountability programs are characterized by transparency, engagement with stakeholders, and a long-term, systematic approach.

The aim of social accountability (code of conduct, human rights, ethical requirements) audit/monitoring is to ensure that your business partners abide with your company's commitment to corporate social responsibility. To validate transparency, consistency and integrity, most companies use a 3rd party to conduct the social accountability compliance audit.

Main elements of a typical code of conduct:

    • Child labor
    • Forced labor
    • Health & Safety
    • Freedom of assessment
    • Discrimination
    • Disciplinary practices
    • Working hours
    • Environment
